Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department within a Skilled Nursing facility. The role emphasizes clinical management, regulatory adherence, and staff leadership to deliver high-quality resident care in a regulated environment.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure in Tennessee, BSN or higher, CPR certification, and at least two years in a supervisory role within skilled nursing facilities. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee
• Current CPR training from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Experience as an RN within a Skilled Nursing facility
• At least two years of experience in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (PCC or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing management to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate policies to nursing leadership and staff.
• Participate in management team meetings to discuss resident status and concerns.
• Oversee scheduling of nursing staff to meet resident needs and company goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident records and ensure proper documentation.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new nursing staff and collaborators.
