Job summary

Oakview Health & Rehab is seeking a Nursing Training Coordinator to establish CMA training schedules, monitor curricula, and oversee enrollee training with state approval where required. The role requires an active RN license and strong teaching abilities.

You will demonstrate CMA techniques, ensure compliance with patient rights and safety, and work with leadership to support the center's mission while maintaining flexible hours and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nursing license in good standing.
• Experience with training programs and regulatory compliance.
• Strong presentation and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish training schedules for CMA and related topics.
• Monitor curriculum to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Enroll and oversee enrollees, coordinating state approvals as needed.
• Demonstrate proper nursing assistant and CMA techniques.
• Provide clear expectations and ensure attendance and conduct policies.
• Promote the organization and maintain professional communication.
• Contribute to committees and project work as required.
• Perform other duties to support the System.
