Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a neonatal RN to provide direct care to critically ill newborns in a fast-paced unit. You will perform assessments, administer medications, implement orders, and document outcomes while collaborating with the healthcare team.

The role requires an active NC/compact RN license, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certification within 6 months, plus NCI and TeamSTEPPS training within 90 days. Prior neonatal experience is preferred, with residency graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in North Carolina or a compact state.
• BLS current certification.
• NRP and STABLE certification to be obtained within 6 months.
• NCI Certification and TeamSTEPPS training within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year of neonatal clinical experience preferred; new grads after RN residency welcome.

• Provide direct care to neonatal patients, including assessment and monitoring.
• Administer medications and carry out orders with documentation of effects.

Job description

Responsible for assessment, medication administration, carrying out providers orders, evaluating their effect, documenting care provided and communicating with the care team.
