Illinois RN license, CPR, and two years RN experience required; five years leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Two (2) years RN experience required; five (5) years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff on assigned unit.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensure adequate staffing and coverage for resident needs.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff and promote a positive facility culture.
