Job summary

Bella Terra in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor to join our caring team. This role can be Part time or Full time (part time as supervisor and part time floor nurse) with 3pm–11:30pm shifts and every other weekend.

You will supervise clinical staff, ensure high-quality resident care, enforce infection prevention practices, and support staffing to meet resident needs while promoting a positive facility culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum unencumbered Illinois RN license, CPR Certification, and two years RN experience.
• Prior experience supervising a nursing department or unit is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Assist with staffing to meet residents' needs and support a positive facility culture.

As a Nurse Supervisor you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atBella TerraSchaumburgby assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
