Bella Terra Wheeling is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Supervisor to lead the assigned unit, supervise clinical staff, and ensure the highest care standards for residents. You will foster a positive care environment, provide staff guidance, and uphold infection prevention practices within a welcoming, community-focused facility.

Qualified candidates hold an Illinois RN license with CPR certification and have two years of RN experience; prior management experience is preferred to drive operational

As a Nurse Supervisor you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Wheeling by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, C.P.R. Certification, and two (2) years of R.N. experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
