Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee a patient care area, manage resources and staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care.

You will supervise daily operations, participate in goal setting, and act as a change agent to improve systems while controlling costs and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Minimum requirements include 5 years nursing with 1 year of management experience and an RN license; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• RN licensure is required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates the day to day delivery of patient care.
• Supervises daily operations, activities, and personnel of the patient care area.
• Participates in the goal setting process, recommends policy and procedure and assists in evaluating programs.
• Acts as a change agent, evaluating present systems and creating efficient, effective systems as necessary.
