Job summary

Bedrock Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our long-term care facility in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong clinical expertise, and a commitment to high-quality resident care.

You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate assignments, mentor new hires, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement care plans, while responding to emergencies with timely interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state of PA.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long‑term care or a related setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality care per care plans and state regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
• Provide guidance and ongoing training to nursing staff and new hires.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond to emergencies with timely interventions.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
