Job summary

Nexus at Cahokia in Sauget, IL is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care operations, mentor nursing staff, and maintain high clinical standards within our long-term care facility.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, ensure care plans are followed, administer medications as ordered, and maintain accurate resident documentation while complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of 3 years in long-term care
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation
