Job summary

HumanGood in Jenkintown, PA seeks a RN Nurse Supervisor to provide day-to-day clinical supervision and care coordination within the community’s health services setting. You will lead RN, LVN/LPN, CNA, and care team members to ensure safe, compliant resident care aligned with plans and physician orders.

The role serves as a clinical resource, uses nursing judgment to assess needs, and coordinates follow-up with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality, person-directed care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• 1+ year of professional nursing experience in skilled nursing/senior living.
• Knowledge of nursing assessment, care planning, medication administration, and regulations.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.
• Proficient with EHRs and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and supports RN, LVN/LPN, CNA, and care team members.
• Coordinates nursing care including rounds and follow-ups.
• Assesses resident needs and updates care plans as condition changes.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Responds to emergencies and leads staff during incidents.
• Provides direct nursing care when needed and administers medications.
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Participates in QA and performance improvement activities.
• Supports admissions, moves, and care transitions.
• Promotes resident rights, privacy, and safety.
