Job summary

TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor for full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will supervise clinical care, ensure safety and quality, mentor staff, and coordinate resources on busy rehabilitation units.

Join a joint venture with Select Medical offering orientation, tuition reimbursement, clinical ladder, and strong PTO/benefits packages while supporting patients with brain injuries and neurological conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS required at hire, ACLS required prior to orientation.
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills for a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise the clinical care being provided.
• Address safety, infection control and quality issues on duty and mentor staff.
• Maximize management opportunities during shifts and manage resources.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and participate in interdisciplinary team assessments.
• Implement staffing plan for scheduled shifts and ensure accurate transcription of orders.
• Teach and counsel patients/families and participate in rapid response and code events.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise the clinical care being provided.
• You will be responsible for all safety, infection control, and quality of care issues that might arise while on duty, as well as, assisting with performance appraisals, mentoring staff during orientation and handling disciplinary issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
