Job summary

Cassia is hiring an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor at Elim Wellspring in Princeton, MN. This part-time role shift is 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM, with a $5,000 bonus and competitive pay based on experience.

You will coordinate care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting residents and families. Ideal candidates hold an MN RN license, with long-term care and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Long term care experience is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the unit.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Notify clinical management and physicians of significant changes and follow up.
• Monitor transfers, discharge planning, and paperwork/documentation.
• Provide direct patient care when needed and support the nursing floor.

RN Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities

• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care
• Manage and assign tasks to nursing staff on the assigned unit
• Work with the DON to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities, and discharge planning
• Document and maintain paperwork, referral records, and reports
• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Step in to support the nursing floor and provide direct patient care when needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

RN Nurse Supervisor Qualifications

• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Long term care experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
• Strong communication and customer service skills
