Job summary

Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community, seeks a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for a PRN / On-Call position in Princeton, MN. You will deliver compassionate care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support older adults in a nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

• Displays courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.

• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policy; orders, receives, stores, disposes.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in resident condition; follows up as needed.
• Performs additional duties as required.

• LPN $27.58 - $30.58 / hour depending on experience
• RN $34.91 - $38.71 / hour depending on experience

Nurse Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse Qualifications

• Current MN Nursing License required.
• CPR certified preferred or willing to get
