LifeSpire of Virginia, Inc. is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor for a Part-Time, 2nd Shift position every other weekend.

You will oversee clinical teams consisting of Nurses, CNAs and other healthcare staff on assigned shifts, playing an integral role in a collaborative team focused on compassionate elder care. The role emphasizes energy, compassion, and opportunities for growth with flexible scheduling and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of RN, Virginia license in good standing.
• Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR (Adult, Child, Infant) and AED use.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; commitment to geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical teams of RNs, CNAs and other staff on assigned 2nd shift and weekends.
• Provide coaching, develop staff, and ensure quality patient care across shifts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Virginia
• Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR (Adult, Child, and Infant) and use of AED
• Demonstrates desire to further professional growth through education and experience
• Demonstrates active interest in the field of Geriatric Nursing
