Hanover Health and Rehabilitation in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

You will oversee resident care plans, mentor staff, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain care standards and patient experience.

As the RN Nurse Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.
