Job summary

Description:The Quality Improvement Nurse will be responsible for reviewing safety events and performing chart audits and root cause analyses.The role includes detailed reviews of pressure injuries or falls with injury.Validation of abstracted metrics will be required.Collecting data for external reporting is part of the duties.The nurse will assist with various Quality Improvement team projects as assigned.There will be a requirement to assist with drafting reports for quality committees and councils.The position involves working Monday to Friday for 8 hours each day.No weekends, call, or holiday shifts are mandatory.
