Willamette Family Inc. is seeking an RN Nurse Manager for Withdrawal Management and residential treatment in our Buckley Program. The role focuses on nursing leadership, clinical oversight, coaching, and ensuring safe medication management within a behavioral health setting.

Qualified candidates hold an Oregon RN license, CPR/BLS, and have at least two years of nursing experience in related settings. This is a salaried exempt, full-time position with strong benefits and professional development

Competenze

Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current, unrestricted Oregon RN license.
Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in SUD treatment, behavioral health, withdrawal management, or related healthcare.
Supervisory or leadership experience with clinical oversight, coaching, and staff training.

Mansioni

Provide nursing leadership and supervision for withdrawal management and residential treatment.
Develop, implement, and improve nursing and medication-management procedures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with Oregon rules and ASAM standards.
