Job summary

Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations across our skilled nursing units. You will have 24-hour accountability, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to care standards while not handling admissions or care conferences.

Qualifications

• Education sufficient for licensure.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 5 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing.
• 2 years In Long Term care setting including end of life care.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of residents/patients and all staff on your units with 24-hour accountability.
• Mentoring, teaching, and following up with staff to validate care processes.
• Not participating in admissions or care conferences.
