Largo Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Largo, MD is seeking a qualified RN House Supervisor to lead the nursing team and ensure exceptional patient care. You will oversee resident care plans, supervise staff, and support the interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards.

• Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
• Handle emergencies or issues during shifts following protocols.
• Perform other duties to ensure exceptional resident care.

Largo Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Largo, MD is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN House Supervisor.

As the RN House Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.

What You'll Do
