Roxbury Treatment Center located in Shippensburg, PA, is seeking a FULL-TIME RN Nurse Manager for our Acute Psych unit.

The role involves supervising all aspects of the Acute Psychiatric Nursing Departments, functioning as the Nurse Manager, and overseeing treatment services for inpatient psychiatric programs. Key duties include administrative management, training, supervising and evaluating nursing staff, house supervisors, and unit clerks (if applicable), prioritizing and delegating duties, staff scheduling, and providing direct patient care. The Nurse Manager is a vital part of hospital leadership, collaborating closely with physicians and other department managers.

This position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus!
