Roxbury Treatment Center located in Shippensburg, PA, is looking for a FULL-TIME RN Nurse Manager for our Acute Psych unit. The position is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Acute Psychiatric Nursing Departments. This includes providing administrative management, training and supervision/evaluation of nursing staff, house supervisors, and unit clerks (if applicable); prioritization and delegation of duties; staff scheduling; and performing direct patient care services. The Nurse Manager serves as a key member of hospital operational leadership, working in cooperation with physician staff and other department managers.
This position also qualifies for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Located in Shippensburg, PA, Roxbury Treatment Center has been serving behavioral health and substance use issues for over 35 years. Our 112-bed facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults, as well as an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also operate outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Our mission is to provide high-quality behavioral health services in an environment that values service excellence, respect, ethics, integrity, compassion, and teamwork.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program, preferably with psychiatric or mental health specialization; or qualified by education and experience in behavioral health. Prefer 3 years experience with co-occurring populations. Must hold licensure by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners.
