Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee patient care delivery and staffing in the assigned area. You will supervise staff, coordinate day-to-day operations, and participate in setting goals and evaluating programs, while acting as a change agent to improve efficiency and outcomes.
