RN Nurse Manager – Medical Surgical Float Pool Team (Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center, San Pedro, CA)

This full‑time leadership role is accountable for delivering high‑quality nursing care and administratively managing multiple nursing units and/or FTEs over 80 on a 24‑hour basis. The manager fulfills all unit‑manager duties and demonstrates proficiency caring for an age‑specific patient population while participating in continuing education.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or degree in progress
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

• RN leadership experience
• Medical‑surgical and/or float‑pool experience as a RN

Compensation

Pay range: $74.54 – $117.65. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
