This is a full-time, W2 direct hire position with relocation and sign-on bonuses available on a case-by-case basis. Youll lead a seasoned Med Surg team, fostering clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency.

• Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

• Salary: $90,000 $115,000/year (based on experience)

• Bonuses: Relocation & Sign-On (case-by-case)

What Youll Do

• Provide leadership and daily oversight for Med Surg operations
