Qualifications

• RN licensed in Iowa or a compact state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred (or actively pursuing).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in acute care or related settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire).
• Completion of Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead inpatient nursing operations across multiple units.
