BAYADA Home Health Care in Marlborough, MA is seeking an RN Nurse Manager to lead in-home care programs, coordinate client services, and mentor caregivers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality home health care outside hospital settings.

You will supervise and train staff, develop care plans, and coordinate communication with families and referral sources to ensure exceptional client outcomes. This is a day-time, Monday–Friday position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, precepting, or supporting caregivers, nursing assistants, or other direct care staff preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Assessments & Develop Care Plans: Complete in-home assessments and create individualized plans of care to ensure clients receive the support they need.
• Support & Supervise Caregivers: Provide guidance, oversight, and ongoing support to Home Health Aides and CNAs to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction.
• Onboard & Educate: Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing training, competency evaluations, and in-services to support caregiver success.
• Coordinate Client Care: Act as the central point of communication between clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Promote Quality & Compliance: Help ensure care delivery meets BAYADA standards, client expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
