Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Assistive Care team as Clinical Manager / Nurse Manager. You will lead client care, supervise field staff, and develop care plans for homebound clients.

This role offers Monday–Friday hours, the chance to grow leadership skills, and a retention bonus of up to $5,000. Applicants must hold an RN license and have 2+ years of RN experience; home care and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• 2+ years of professional RN experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or Nurse Manager experience preferred.
• Passion for supporting clients in their homes and developing caregivers.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas to assess care.
• Develop and oversee individualized client care plans.
• Coordinate communication between clients, families, field staff, office staff, and clinicians.
• Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aides in the field.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation for Home Health Aides and CNAs.
• Participate in employee training and in-service education to help field staff provide exceptional care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and promote BAYADA's commitment to compassionate, high-quality home care.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Charlotte, NC Assistive Care team as a Clinical Manager / Nurse Manager.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting our clients, caregivers, and office team. Responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of professional RN experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
