Job summary

The Baya-Pointe-Nursing- is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing staff during 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts. Under the Director of Nursing, you will oversee daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications include an active RN license in Florida, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience; management experience is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
