Job summary

Bayside Rehabilitation in Florida is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor for the 7am–3:30pm shift to supervise medication delivery and the RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids.

Active RN or LPN license in good standing is required; experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred. Responsibilities

Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
Complete required admission and routine resident assessments
Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety and comfort
Support activities of daily living
Maintain clear, timely documentation
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families
Adhere to infection control and safety standards
Other duties as assigned
