ComForCare Home Health Care - Omaha North is seeking a PRN Nurse Manager to work with the Administrator on planning, development and direction of services, including supervising caregivers. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, QA/PI program oversight, and admissions responsibilities to ensure high-quality patient care in the agency.

Qualifications

• Health service administration training with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience in an acute hospital setting, with at least 1 year in home health care and supervisory home health aide services.
• RN license required.

Responsabilités

• Ensures qualified personnel via job postings, interviews and training.
• Manages, supervises, coordinates, evaluates and develops client care teams to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations governing home care services.
• Oversees and implements the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program.
• Conducts client admissions.
• Other related duties as assigned.
