ComForCare is seeking a PRN Nurse Manager to support the Administrator in planning, development and direction of the agency’s services, including supervision of caregivers. The role emphasizes ensuring compliant, high-quality care and coordinating client services.

The position requires RN licensure with at least two years of nursing experience, including home health, and supervisory or administrative experience. All responsibilities include staff development and adherence to regulations.

Qualificações

• Training & experience in health service administration with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in health program
• Minimum of two years nursing experience in an acute hospital setting or equivalent, at least one year in the provision of home health care
• RN required (registered nurse)

• Manages, supervises, coordinates, evaluates and develops client care teams to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management
• Assures compliance with federal/state regulations governing home care services
• Oversees and implements the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program
• Conducts client admissions
• Other related duties as assigned

The PRN Nurse Manager will work closely with the Administrator to assist with the planning, development and direction of the Agency’s services, including the supervision of Agency caregivers. What we're looking for:

• Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience in an acute hospital setting or equivalent experience, at least one year of which is in the provision of home health care, and who has supervised home health aide services for at least six months.
