Marycrest is seeking an RN for Assisted Living Manager for their community in Livonia. Under the direction of the Regional Vice President and in collaboration with the Assisted Living Team, the Clinical Manager Assisted Living will provide leadership and clinical management to support residents in maintaining independence. The role involves managing Assisted Living operations according to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures. Provides professional nursing care as prescribed by physicians, requested by residents' families, and compliant with the Nurse Practice Act, licensure/certification requirements, and organizational policies. Supervises daily activities to ensure high-quality care at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Michigan RN licensure.
  • 5-7 years' supervisory experience.
  • Experience in assisted living, hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare settings preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Experience working with geriatric populations preferred.
