Under the direction of the Regional Vice President and in collaboration with the Assisted Living Team, the Clinical Manager Assisted Living will provide leadership and clinical management to support residents in maintaining independence. The role involves managing Assisted Living operations according to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures. Provides professional nursing care as prescribed by physicians, requested by residents' families, and compliant with the Nurse Practice Act, licensure/certification requirements, and organizational policies. Supervises daily activities to ensure high-quality care at all times.
