BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill the position of RN Nurse Manager for our North Bergen, New Jersey home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Hudson County.

As an RN Nurse Manager, your day may include:

1. Leading, inspiring, and motivating others to provide exceptional care.
2. Visiting our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in North Bergen, New Jersey, and surrounding areas.
3. Supervising a team of field nurses.
4. Facilitating new hire orientation and training of new nurses.
5. Coordinating and/or delivering in-services for field staff.

If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!

1. RN with a BSN and at least 2 years of experience as an RN.
2. Home Health and OASIS experience highly preferred.
3. Experience in acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute settings.
4. Supervisory experience is a plus.
