Job summary

Auburn Rehabilitation in New York is seeking a dedicated RN to join our long-term care team in a full-time role with premium pay and a generous sign-on bonus. You will lead clinical operations on your unit, mentor staff, ensure thorough care planning, and perform regular rounds to maintain high standards and resident safety.

The role requires an accredited RN program graduate, NYS RN license, CPR, IV therapy/Accu-Chek certifications, and a minimum of three years’ nursing experience with

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active NYS RN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Accu-Chek and IV Therapy Certification.
• Annual CEU Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical operations on assigned unit or shift.
• Support and guide staff with clinical decisions and delegation.
• Ensure thorough assessment and care planning for residents.
• Conduct frequent rounds to ensure care standards and resident needs are met.
• Monitor and follow up on nursing documentation and performance.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on quality and compliance issues.
• Promote interdepartmental cooperation to maintain seamless resident care.
• Conduct regular team meetings to identify and resolve issues.
• Enforce policies fairly and equitably, without bias or discrimination.

Requirements:

Education:
