Bayside Manor in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager, RN to lead a nursing unit, allocate resources, and oversee the delivery of high-quality resident care.

You will direct the nursing process, collect data, develop and revise care plans, and supervise staff to ensure outcomes meet standards. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN registration in Minnesota.
• CPR certification or pursuing it is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing when directing resident care.

Responsibilities

Nurse Manager, RN

Position Summary:

The Nurse Manager is accountable for the management and leadership of a specific nursing unit. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. They also direct and implement the nursing process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment, development of care plan, implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The Nurse Manager manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.

Qualifications:

• Must have current registration, as a Registered Nurse, in the State of Minnesota.

• Must have successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider.

• Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing when directing the care of residents.
