• Acts as a resource, mentors staff, and guides complex issues with unit leadership.
• Assists with HR responsibilities including interviewing and staff concerns, under leadership.
• Monitors staffing levels and adjusts to maintain productivity.
• Ensures quality of care and adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
• Provides input to budget and ensures supplies and equipment for safe care.
• Collaborates on program development and vendor coordination for equipment and training.
