Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for Inpatient Med/Surg East at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. You will lead staffing, coordinate patient flow, and mentor team members to uphold Mercy standards of care.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating and evaluating operations, serving as a clinical resource, and ensuring units are adequately staffed. Current MO RN licensure and BLS required; BSN preferred; 2–3 years direct patient care experience expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated Med/Surg East.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Perform managerial duties delegated by a manager.
• Ensure units are staffed to provide patient care.
