Job summary

Ochsner Health in Louisiana seeks a Nurse Leader to guide patient care using the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. You will delegate, direct, and support licensed and ancillary team members while ensuring quality outcomes and alignment with unit goals.

RN licensure in the state and BLS certification are required; leadership experience is preferred. You will mentor staff, manage resources, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
