• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources; serve as a leader on the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Use data and knowledge to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Support customer satisfaction and employee morale and professional nursing excellence.
• Perform other related duties as required.
