Tenet Healthcare's Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Registered Nurse (RN) is part of the Patient Care Services Team, delivering high-quality nursing care, leadership, collaboration and supervision to a group of patients and families.

The DMC RN works closely with physicians and support staff, ensuring safe discharge planning and continuous improvement in patient care on the Detroit campus.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan
• AHA BLS required
• BSN preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Establishes collaborative relationships with physicians and health care providers
• Delegates and evaluates patient care
• Monitors patient progress and discharge planning
• Provides patient care with independent judgment and teamwork
