Job summary

MedCadre seeks an Agency Nurse Educator for Ambulatory Care to lead education initiatives and ensure clinical excellence in ambulatory settings.

Position is temp-to-perm, full-time after an 8-week assignment, with hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Requires two years Med/Surg, RN with minimum 3 years, Master's in Education and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Two years of Med/Surg experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Guides, coordinates and directs the development and maintenance of a system of evaluation of nursing care, practices and procedures, including evaluation of nursing personnel within the clinical service.
• Defines, implements and maintains standards of nursing practice and evaluates the quality of nursing care rendered within the clinical service.

Master's in education- REQUIRED BLS certification- REQUIRED Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN.
