Massena Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Massena, NY seeks an RN Nurse Educator / Training Provider to deliver CNA training within the facility. This role focuses on instructing classes and supporting staff development in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure (or LPN with a nursing degree) and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Flexible scheduling and a positive work atmosphere are highlighted.

Formación

• Instruct CNA classes effectively.
• Communicate with trainees and staff clearly.
• Deliver engaging CNA training sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct CNA classes as the main responsibility.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to organize training.
• Maintain training records and student progress.
