Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Coordinator to lead clinical workflows, mentor staff, and coordinate patient care across teams in New Braunfels, Texas. Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, an RN license (state or compact), and BLS.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform and/or coordinate clinical activities in accordance with patient care plans.
• Admit patients, performing office and phone triage, verifying documentation accuracy, and delegating patients to staff.
• Track and assess patient conditions and assist in the development and adjustment of care plans.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, treatment options, and symptom management.
• Provide oversight of patient schedules, evaluating priorities, directing staff, and making adjustments when conditions change.
