Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents the daily care of assigned patients.
• Identifies nursing diagnoses/patient care needs and develops an individualized care plan.
• Executes physician's orders and administers medications and treatments per UTMB Health policies and standards.
• Performs routine technical procedures/skills in the specialty area assigned.
• Maintains safety and continuity of care through bedside shift reports and hand-off tools.
