Qualifikationen

• Provide patient care per nursing standards set by the Texas Nurse Practice Act and UTMB policies.
• Administer medications and treatments and deliver culturally congruent, specialty-appropriate care.
• Document nursing care and outcomes; perform routine technical procedures in the assigned specialty.
• Provide patient/family teaching and health promotion based on learning needs; use Teach-Back as needed.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize patient care activities; ensure safety and continuity of care.
