POSITION SUMMARY:

In this exciting new role, you will assist with developing and executing a Nurse Aide training program and work as the instructor to train our new employees and start them on the path to becoming state tested nursing assistants! Our healthcare labor force is changing, and we want to be on the ground floor training new talent!

Qualifications / Responsibilities:

• Must have current Registered Nurse license in good standing with the state of Pennsylvania.
• Must have two years of nursing experience.
• Must have one year of experience in Long Term Care.
• Must be willing to obtain Train the Trainer Certification approved by the state of Pennsylvania.
• Previous experience as a NATCEP Instructor/Coordinator is a plus.
• Properly train CNAs in accordance with up-to-date federal and state guidelines.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shift: Monday – Friday
• Wage: Competitive based on experience.
