Job summary

Prometric is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to evaluate candidates for CNA certification. The RN Evaluator will administer computer-based exams, observe clinical skills, and ensure a high-quality test experience.

The role requires RN licensure in the operating state, strong communication, and the ability to travel to test sites within a 30‑mile radius. 1–2 test days per week are typical, Monday–Friday. Prometric values accuracy and security in test delivery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of operation.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1 year of long‑term care experience or caring for chronically ill.

Responsibilities

• Proctor computerized CNA exams and observe clinical skills.
• Manage test event setup, rosters and site cleanliness.
• Ensure test security and adhere to Prometric policies.
• Greet examinees, verify IDs, and monitor exam flow.
• Trouble‑shoot technical issues and assist candidates as needed.
• Provide on‑site leadership for candidates and site partners.
