Job summary

Prometric is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to administer the CNA Exam at multiple test sites within a 30‑mile radius. You will evaluate candidates pursuing CNA certification and ensure high-quality test experiences for clients across the Prometric platform.

The role includes on-site leadership, site coordination, and adherence to Prometric policies. Evening/weekend flexibility and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of operation.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or care for chronically ill individuals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Proctoring computerized CNA exams and scoring candidate performance.
• Manage test events, security, and candidate flow at sites.
• Greet examinees, verify IDs, and monitor examinations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and reboot workstations as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with site partners and candidates.
• Act as Prometric Brand Ambassador during test administrations.
• Travel to test events within the 30‑mile radius and document incidents.
