Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the North 3 Med/Surg unit in Northampton, MA. The position is part-time with a night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including weekends and holidays.

The RN will deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with other professionals to achieve desired outcomes. Massachusetts RN licensure and BLS are required; Med/Surg experience preferred.

Qualifications

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse directs and coordinates all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards and collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. This position is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
