Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team for a variety of complex patients.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Delegate and oversee care, ensuring proper validation and evaluation.
• Triaging calls and providing medication guidance; manage authorizations and denials with insurances.
